The Brochure Pack contains a Capital Spreads application form as well as in-depth information about the products and services offered by Capital Spreads.

Power of Attorney
If you would like to permit another person to trade on your account, you must request and complete a Power of Attorney form.

Is the Online Application Form Secure?
Our on-line application form is completely secure and will take you about 5 minutes to complete. You will know if your account has been activated within 1 hour of applying (assuming you do so between 0800 and 1730, Monday to Friday). What Information Will I Need To Apply?
Before completing our on-line application form, please be advised that you will be asked to supply the following information:

Full name & home address details
Salary details (please include details of annual income if you are retired or not currently employed)

Spread Betting Risks
At Capital Spreads we want you to enjoy your spread betting experience. Our automatic Stop-Loss facility allows you to limit any financial loss to a pre-agreed amount, but you must note that if the markets gap or move unexpectedly against your position overnight, you may be required to credit your account with additional funds. Stop losses are not guaranteed.

Data Protection Information
Capital Spreads may process information relating to you (including personal data as defined under the Data Protection Act 1998), including holding such information in a manual format or electronic database, in order to satisfy any contractual, regulatory or statutory requirements we may have. Unless we receive specific written instructions to the contrary, by providing this information you agree that we may process this information in order to fulfill such obligations.
